Recipe: Eggless Christmas Plum Tart by Chef Nidhi Chadha

Eggless Christmas Plum Tart by Chef Nidhi Chadha - Powered by Nature Fresh Professional

Ingredient - For Tart

Maida - 100gms
Nature Fresh Professional Lite - 65gms
Castor Sugar - 50gms
Water - 10gms

Method - For Tart

Cream together Nature Fresh Professional Lite and sugar
Add maida mix well and gather the dough, cling wrap and keep it refrigerated for sometime. Once set take out and use as shown

Ingredient - For Christmas Plum Cake

Maida - 75gms
Baking soda - 1/4tsp
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Brown sugar - 45gms
Molasses - 2tbsp
Nature Fresh Professional Lite - 50gms
Hung curd - 60gms
Hot milk - 30gms
Vanilla essensce - 1/2 tsp
Soaked fruits - 100gms
Mixed Nuts - 30-40gms
Spices - Cardamom powder - 2pinches, Cinnamon powder - 2pinches, Nutmeg powder - 2pinches, Clove powder of 1clove

Method - For Tart

Mix maida, Baking powder and baking soda
Cream curd and sugar
Add maida mix, warmed milk and Nature Fresh Professional Lite
Add soaked fruits and spices
Fold well and pour in a lined tart pan and bake @150*C for 30-35 min or till done
