1. AS per my Knowledge Rasmalai cake should juicy, soft in texture and sweet, milky, creamy and rasmalai sweet wii be stuffed inside the cake. But here its completely different where I hardly found rasmailai flavour. Cake tastes like regular tea cake with no flavour which will be available in regular kirana shops. 2. On the otherside cake is also not fluffy and soft, its so hard in texture, where i found difficulty in cutting the cake with the wooden knife provided by them.
