I bake whole-wheat brownies with cane jaggery as sweetner which is a healthier alternative to the conventional brownies that contain maida, refined sugar and synthetic compound chocolate.
The brownies are made with 46% and 55% chocolate coverture depending on the sweetness preference.
Available in a variety of toppings.
