Overview Desthia Bakes and Chocolates

I am the Thia of Desthia. I’m the founder and baker at Desthia. Desthia is a portmanteau or should I say in much simpler words a blend of Desiree and Althia. Well Desiree my heavenly , little sis who is inspiring me , and guiding me also a big cake and chocolate lover. While we lost Desiree to God 2.5 years ago, our plan to start Desthia didn’t stop and I’m glad we are adding smiles to a lot of faces. I’m self taught, learning new ideas and tricks everyday and the seed of this passion grew ever since I saw my grandma and mamma bake and prepare sweets My idea of running a cake and chocolate business is not do the ordinary and sell what is already in the market. We Believe it' for everyone. Desthia believes in providing the best in terms of quality and presentation, customising as per clients likes, taste and diet preference. A lot of my baking wouldn’t be possible without the support of my family, the freedom to follow your passion is a privilege and I’m thankful to God. A few other facts, I’m a diy lover, love converting the best out of waste Dog lover Firm believer of the almighty Lord and I know I’m blessed ... I am petite but strong and brave.... I may look serious and calm, I am not. I’m fun and sarcastic A big foodie Traveller ( thanks to my hubby, the best travel partner) A post graduate in English Literature
