Hey, I am Avani. I love baking and cooking as well but my love for baking is much more than anything. I have started baking since childhood, when i was in class 8th i made a semolina maida tea cake for my brother to celebrate his birthday and after that i usually bake when i get time from my studies. As a self taught baker, I failed many times but this never affect my love for baking. Every time i learn something new and For me every cake is a learning experience and i am successfully experiencing it. My baking journey started unexpectedly. By profession was earlier working as a account executive in financial industry. i left my job in 2016 and in 2017 i have started taking cake and chocolate orders without even knowing much about it. Its funny but yeah its true. That time i baked my cake in gas oven i.e. gas tandoor. when i got 5 -6 kg cake orders i baked my cake one by one whole night in gas oven, that was too hectic for me but i was dedicated toward my passion so it won’t affect me much. I enjoyed that time too. Now my passion and love towards baking turns into profession and since 2 years working as a full time home baker and conduct cake making workshops as well.
