- Course Description: WORKSHOP BY BAKED FAVOURS PARTY DESSERTS (NO OVEN-1) 1.Cheesecake Jars Classic no bake cheesecake served in jars, with ready compote. Homemade compote recipe shall be shared. 2.Raspberry Pistachio Mousse Cups Raspberry Mousse made with a homemade raspberry jam, with a pistachio crust crumble. 3.Chocolate Tart Chocolate crust with rich chocolate filling. 4.Hazelnut Nutella Tart Hazelnut crust with a rich Nutella Filling. 5.Strawberry custard Tart Vanilla custard with fresh strawberry topping. All recipes are eggless. All materials used are premium. No prior knowledge of baking/cooking required. Several variations of each flavour shall be discussed during class. Refreshments will be provided
