  • Instructor details: At the age of 18, during my second year of engineering college, I realised that my true calling is constructing desserts and not buildings. Armed with my very first oven, I started experimenting in the kitchen, with recipes I found online and taking orders simultaneously for cakes and desserts, from friends and family. I went about learning and teaching myself, expanding as and when a new challenge presented itself. Every time I mastered a new technique for a different dessert, there was an immense sense of gratification, to see people enjoying what I had created. Over the course of time, I also started taking classes and conducting regular weekly workshops for kids and adults, as I realized that I loved to share the nuances and finer details that produce perfect desserts. It was a fine combination of interacting with different people, addressing large crowds, understanding their perspective and knowledge on baking and learning to communicate effectively, for successful workshops and happy students. After 10 years in this feild, I have learnt so much and wish to spread that knowledge even to people I cannot access via my online classes. So now you can bake too!
